Senior Quantity SurveyorAre you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for work?
If so I may have the role you are looking for. I am currently recruiting for a contractor who is in need of a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on Care homes and/or colleges and/or student accommodation.
You will have experience working for a main contractor on projects ranging up to 30 million.
Required skills:
-Procurement
-Tender
-The ability to teach and guide assistant surveyors
It will preferable if you are at degree or equivalent level however this is not mandatory.
The rate will be at circa 18 - 20
