SAP required for 10 month contract.Deliverable: SAP, Electrical commissioning procedures, Updated Permit To Work system, day-to-day management of Permit To Work
Project: Turnkey construction project of an Energy from Waste plant (130 MEUR).
Site: Lincoln (UK)
Profile: Experience of construction sites. Experience in the waste or energy plant commissioning.
Profound knowledge in PTW system, ability to set one up. Very good writing skills, IT knowledge, very good interpersonal and communication skills. HV and LV electrical skills, experience SAP and SAP qualifications.
Language: English - French is a benefit
Description. Based on the construction site in Lincoln, you report to the deputy project manager based on site / site manager, and you take advises from the project process engineer and electrical engineer. Key responsibilities and deliverables of the job include:
Commissioning preparation
Deliver a full set of permit to work system specific to Lincoln project (process and electrical), based on previous PTW system and candidate's own experience.
Based on a first draft, finalize the procedure for commissioning HV switchboard and transformers

Commissioning
Act as SAP
Manage the Safe System of Work
Manage the delivery of permit to works to the commissioning team, in accordance with the commissioning manager, or to any approved subcontractor.
Assist the team on site to assess the risks associated with their activities and to come up with a safe method of work.
Understand the concerns each individual may have with regards to local regulation and help them to comply with it in an efficient manner.
Control the correct application of the PTW system.
Coordinate all interventions of energy provider on site, liaising with the client to organize them.
