My prestigious client based in London is currently looking for an experienced eCommerce Support Analyst initially for a 6 month contract based in London. eCommerce, Support, Unix, SQL, Financial Services, Banking sector experience.

The role will be to provide 2nd line technical application support for all parts of the eCommerce system components in Production environment. You will be responsible for day to day management of eCommerce production incidents and infrastructure including portals, feeds, hardware, software, dr. You will have a proven commercial background/experience in production support related roles with good client facing skills, you will have experience of Reuters RET, Unix and SQL. Desirable skills would include; Caplin Trader 2.0, FX Knowledge,Apama, Java, Windows.

You will have experience in; technical application support in a trading environment, incident management and reporting, change management processes, client on boarding, document production, Office, you will be a team player, delivery focused, project orientated, analytical approach.

Desirable skills include; experience with eCommerce platforms in an investment bank, financial services. Experience in a front office environment, and multi bank portals/single dealer platforms would be very beneficial.
