Ihre Aufgaben:
- Support as WCEM Consultant / Web Channel Experience Management
- Conduct a workshop to collect customer requirements
- Present, explain and document the steps
- Support development team in building functionality of WCEM 2.0 (currently running CRM 7.0, will be upgraded with EhP2 and connected with WCEM)
Ihre Qualifikation
- Very good knowledge of SAP WCEM, Web Channel Experience Management
- Longterm experience in customer requirement analysis
- Experience on configuring WCEM 2.0
- Fluent English skills
