Job Description:
- Strong eDeveloper experience
- Good Unipaas experience
Role & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge in Finance domain (Like BFSI, Account receivables and Account payables
- Expertise around software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Preparing Effective Estimations and project plans
- Able to develop and maintain project plans, Metrics tracking, quality checks issues logs, status reports, project roadmap, communication plan, and financial reports and Release activities
- Meeting Delivery Targets - Delivering project within estimated scope/cost/timeline. Quality/Productivity needs to meet the expectation.
- Should be able to handle the clients independently
- To coordinate and plan with third party vendors to meet project requirements
- Communication skills for internal meetings and business presentations
- Working closely with business for proposals and pre-sales activities
- Resource Management (Planning, Allocation of work, Productivity tracking)
- Managing risks and escalations - Plan for risks and mitigate
- Flawless delivery, Reporting on tasks and status
- Adherence and compliance to standards and processes
- Ensuring work is done within estimated timelines and effort
- Managing projects and customer independently end to end.
