Job Purpose: To develop and refine a sales and marketing offer, and operating model for the Siebel based Global Template, underpinned by a revised deployment methodology to better meet the requirements of sales and marketing user groups globally.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Develop and refine the strategy and vision including programme charter for Sales & Marketing users.
- Produce Sales and Marketing Offer collateral to include the development of compelling sales pitches including benefits to key stakeholder groups.
- Manage, develop and refine the Operating model ensuring full integration of people, process and functional capability, adhering to relevant design principles, and updating such principles as and when required. To include a standard MI reporting solutions packaged together with CRM application.
- Develop a sales and marketing focused management of change solution - Create and sustain a super-user network including all required user support mechanisms and associated collateral including best practice guides etc.

- Ability to define the strategic vision, project charter and operating model for sales and marketing from a blank sheet of paper
- In depth functional and technical domain knowledge of the Siebel v8.x Sales & Marketing vertical for Oil & Gas
- Commercially aware with the ability to map business requirements to benefits to costs
- Ability to communicate both at a detailed level and at a high summary level
- Ability to build credibility and relationships at all levels
- Ability to learn quickly e.g. obtain understanding of how the Siebel/MI solution has been designed and how the CSD design principles apply.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision across multiple concurrent tasks
- Pragmatic and flexible

Knowledge/Experience
-The individual will have continuous experience in a transformation project environment.
-Extensive domain expertise in Siebel / CRM for Sales & Marketing v8 in a multitude of industries e.g. Oil & Gas, FMCG, High Tech Manufacturing etc.
-Extensive experience of working in the CRM arena, with good experience in the CRM for Sales and Marketing space.
-Knowledge of Sales and Marketing processes for the Fuels and Lubricants businesses
-Experience of defining and implementing sales & marketing operating models including people, process and technology dimension from a blank sheet of paper
