Description
I require an ICT Programme Manager. The successful candidate will take direct responsibility for the successful delivery of a programme of key strategic projects to specified levels of time, budget and quality. You will be working for a large end user and must have worked on a variety of projects.We need an immediate starter for a 6 month contract that can go up to 2 years. You will be working on one of the countries largest project.

Tasks
-Standard project management methodology.
-Provide strong leadership to a diverse team of project staff,
-Develop a comprehensive programme delivery strategy managed through a series of integrated, logical and resourced plans, utilising the plan in forecasting completion, assessing cash expenditure and identifying resource requirements.
-Develop and manage large scale programme budgets and expenditure forecasts, ensuring delivery of the projects to an agreed budget and providing updates on a regular basis
