The Company

Our client is looking 2 x WebSphere Message Broker Developer working for a Major Gov Agency in the Canberra location.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for development of WebSphere Message Broker customisation (code) and configuration
* Responsible for Service Detailed Design and ensuring compliance with guidelines on how the design relates to the implementation, including the level of detail expected in the design before implementation should proceed
* Applies knowledge of various integration interfaces and protocols to a given SOA Service design
* Apply data and function modelling techniques to define the service interface contracts, including the WSDLs and schemas for messages during an exchange
* Responsible for defining/updating the Information Model as required for SOA Service
* Responsible for the Provider Interface Specification based on the analysis of the existing API/services that need to interface with it

Key technical experience:

* Require WebSphere Message Broker development skills
* Require Web Service development experience (REST skill desirable)
* Desirable to have skill with WebSphere Adapters, specifically SAP Adapter experience
* Demonstrated solid working knowledge of SOA services design techniques, including service analysis and design techniques, and the unified modelling language (based on SOMA activities).
* Working experience with traditional and SOA integration styles and patterns including Web Services and REST-style interfaces
* Good communication skill, able to engage senior stakeholders outside the immediate project team
