Description
As Senior Manager, Finance Projects (Continuous Improvement and Integration), you will report to the Director, Finance Strategic Initiatives. Your role is to lead and project manage Finance process transformation and on-going process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma subject matter expertise. Your role will mainly be to execute these improvement processes, but also to participate and set the strategy and manage change.
To be successful in this role, you are Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, and have extensive proven successful experience in (Finance) Project Management, transactional Lean/Six sigma, applying Six Sigma DMAIC, training, Work Flow Improvement, Process improvement implementation, Project identification and generation. You also need to possess strong project management capabilities combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities, being able to plan and flex with the needs of the business, often on short notice.
You have demonstrable experience functioning well in different cultures and societies and solid communication skills, including fluency in English, and as they operate in other European countries, knowledge of French, Dutch, German, Norwegian or Swedish is an asset.
Ideally you will hold a Degree and have a Six Sigma Black belt Certification or Lean Certification from an industry respected company or institution. You are also familiar with some of the following methodologies: Basic Statistics, FMEA -DOE/Regression Analysis, MSA, Process Mapping, Control Plans, Mistake Proofing, Root Cause and Corrective Action, Value Stream Mapping and Analysis, Set-Up Reduction, Leading Kaizen events, 5S, Visual Management. Finally, you have understanding of leveraging ERP & other technology platforms (in particular SAP).
