Our client currently requires an experienced SQL Analyst Developer. As a Database Developer, you will be required to work as a part Database Development team working mainly on SQL Server to meet business requirements. This teams main focus is on the development and implementation of customise business rule which handle large volume of transaction data and deployment to a large number of solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 2-3 years development experience with SQL Server 2005 or upper version.
  • Experience working with T-SQL programming, writing Stored Procedure, Triggers and Views. Expertise of import/export, transform and converting relation data to XML.
  • Experience working with SSIS package design, development and deployment process. Working with large volume of data and Scripting in SSIS package is a plus point.
  • A clear understanding of SSIS package architecture, different execution and deployment processes.
  • A good understanding about SQL Server architecture and functionality of different components like Database Engine, Analysis Services, Integration Services.
  • A good understanding about Datawarehouse concept including ETL process and Reporting Services.

Desirable Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC), application development methodology
  • Proven ability to conduct face to face customer/internal meetings
  • Experience working with Team Foundation Server as a source control and deployment tool
  • Experience working with Assemblies and CLP procedures.
  • Working Experience with SQL Server Service Broker and Reporting Service.
  • Attention to detail, pro-active and ability to identify potential threats/weaknesses and cover off before they eventuate. Analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to research and to apply problem-solving skills to complex technical problems
  • Basic understanding about new features of SQL Server 2012
