My client is one of the largest consultancy firms in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Secretarial Assistant. This role will be responsible for providing support to a group of Senior Managers across the business.

Duties:

- Diary support including arranging meetings on request
- Preparing of agendas
- Monitoring attendance of meetings
- Progress updates on meeting support
- Itinerary planning and suggesting of best options for diaries
- Travel booking
- Cost reduction in relation to travel booking
- Handling calls and taking messages
- Following up on client calls
- Dealing with documents and correspondence
- Engaging with key stakeholders within the business
- Any other ad hoc administrative duties as required

Person Specification:

- Experience working in a similar secretarial environment
- Excellent organisation skills
- Solution focussed
- Excellent customer relationship skills
