My client, a leading car manufacurer in Oxford are looking for an Integration Coordinator to join their team on a long term contract basis.* To ensure the smooth introduction of all launch to series activity including the management of the SIT/I STEP change process and effective management of single component running change and multi component complex change packages (ECP)
* Authority of decision making in response to Logistics requirements for reactive / proactive support of manufacturing issues in regard to volume,quality,cost, RFT and launch performance.
* Real time decision making could impact on build losses, RFT at fitpoint, launch delays and significant additional incurred costs.
* Requirements for decisions manifest themselves at anytime on all three shifts and require immediate action
* Must be technically competent
* Need to understand logistical/service provider processes.
* Good communicator ability to deliver clear, concise and convincing information to Management team
* Has good Customer relationship
* Team Player
* Ability to motivate and co-ordinate people
