Resourcing Advisor

Our client is looking to appoint a Resourcing Advisor to provide end-to-end recruitment service for a specific client group. You will be an experienced recruiter with knowledge of appropriate recruitment methods and sourcing strategy.

The ideal Resourcing Advisor candidate will have the following Essential Skills and Experience:

*Intermediate stakeholder management skills
*Intermediate organisational/process management skills. Intermediate project management and interviewing skills
*Good MS Office skills
*Experience of working as part of a team in a client - focused environment to meet challenging deadlines in a high volume orientated resourcing/recruiting environment

Furthermore the ideal Resourcing Advisor candidate may have some of the following Desirable Skills and Experience:

*Basic knowledge of relevant employment law and the employment market place
*SHL Level 1
