Purpose
Our financial services client is urgently seeking an experienced Senior FOS root cause & Strategy Manager. To w ork within the Specialist complaints customer transformation team to ensure the delivery, relationship & performance of Financial Ombudsman Service for customer complaint root cause, strategy & process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis & relationship strategy
- Performance & development of two direct reports
- Strategic objectives in line with business operational plans
- Identification & resolution for complaint root cause
- Process & long term strategy improvement
- Risk analysis for offshore and right shore complaints strategy
Key Skills
- Delivery & management of root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic development & project management
- Experience in a regulated environment, preferably within complaints
- Driving & delivery of transformation & cultural change
- FOS experience
- Process development
- Minimum 3 years experience within Financial services
