Purpose

Our financial services client is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Quality, Technical & Control Manager. To w ork within the Specialist complaints customer transformation team to ensure delivery of robust quality control process. Provision of technical & business guidance to improve the complaints handling approach, change, governance & risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of technical, risk & control policy framework
  • Lead quality, compliance & audit review
  • Develop robust customer feedback mechanisms
  • Performance & development of four direct reports
  • Strategic objectives in line with business operational plans
  • Process & long term strategy improvement

Key Skills

  • Experience of leading & management of successful teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strategic development & project management
  • Experience in a regulated environment, preferably within complaints
  • Utilisation of benchmarking practices
  • Knowledge of risk & control methods
  • Driving & delivery of transformation & cultural change
  • Comprehensive understanding of business strategy & associated policies
  • Process implementation
  • Minimum 3 years experience within Financial services
