Senior SQL BI Developer, contract, 8 months plus
This is an outstanding opportunity working for a market leader for initial 8 months for an experienced Senior SQL BI Developer in Dublin South.
You will be responsible for the design, build and development of the SQL Reporting solutions.
Skills required:
* SQL Server design and development
* Exposure to/awareness of SQL Server and its capabilities (particularly Power View reporting)
* Application Development experience
* Experience using SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services/Reporting Services
* T-SQL experience, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
* Experience using SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services (SSRS)
* Experience in design and building of OLAP cubes for data analysis and modelling
* Experience in using ETL tools
* Experience of analysis/design
* Good understanding of SDLC methodology
* Experience of working in a team environment
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Good organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
* College degree in IT or equivalent
