Oracle HCM/HRMS Consultant - South of Ireland
CPL Solutions currently have an urgent requirement for an Oracle HCM/HRMS consultant to work an initial 6 month contact in the South of Ireland. This consultant will work with the client as an advisory whilst an S.I. implements a solution,
Key Skills:
- Experience with the business processes and configurations of HR modules including as many as possible of:
- Core HR, Advanced Benefits, Self Service, OTL, Payroll, Compensation Workbench, Learning Management, Performance Management and iRecruitment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Working technical knowledge of programming languages, including Oracle PL/SQL and JAVA
- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 plus years of experience in a similar role
- Quality management such as Six Sigma and experience with Enterprise Process Tools
