Role: Digital Operations and Change Manager

Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a Digital Operations and Change Manager, who has previous e xperience within Digital Banking. Initially the Digital Operations and Change Manager will join a major project team to work alongside the existing Web Site Operations Team to manage the activities within the project for the Operations group.
Core duties of the role:
- Support senior managers in building relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholder business units, principally IT Infrastructure and Operations teams
- Manage the development of relationships with external hosting and development partners, aligning them to the Digital Banking ways of working
- Identify and react to operations issues and incidents, plan and where possible progress to resolution
- Experience managing web operations activities including hosting., monitoring, reporting, incident management and resolution
- Experience working with Infrastructure in Digital Banking
- Experience managing relationships with hosting vendors
- Experience in large Digital Transformation Projects
- Experience managing cross functional project teams to complete activities
