Overview:A world leading manufacturer of industrial machinery is currently looking to recruit for an Electrical Design Engineer on a contract basis in Surrey area.
You will be joining a large team of engineers working on the design of the industrial manufacturing equipment.

This is the UKs leading manufacturer within the industry. They manufacture in the UK and distribute across the world. Due to recent increased demand of the products they have a need for a few contract positions.
The Role of an Electrical Design Engineer:
The role will see you working a large Design team, assisting with all Electrical design requirements.
* To interpret customer requirements and develop suitable electrical systems.
* To assist in ensuring the vehicle satisfies relevant legislation and safety requirements.
* To develop wiring diagrams, software requirements and wiring harnesses, and specify electrical components that fulfill the above objectives.
* To accurately document and maintain product design through detailed drawings and bills of material according to company standards.
* Assist engineers in the development of product improvements and options to meet production schedule
* To assist in the solution of production, service, and quality problems which may disrupt production
Key Skills:
You will need to be an Electrical Design Engineer background using CAD software tools. As you will be part of a team you will need excellent communication skills.
Rates: 26 - 28p/h

Candidates may have relevant experience having held roles as a: Design Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Electrical Design Engineer
