Description
Responsible for the successful operation, integrity, management and implementation of all AOPL Engineering Projects.Overall responsibility for planning and execution of allocated projects, establishment of plans, cost information and schedules.
Extensive brownfield experience essential.
Initiate and follow up of performance and progress of all engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction activities.
Satisfactory delivery of the Contract KPIs
Ensure the organisation is correctly structured and populated in order to satisfy the ongoing contract deliverables.
Ensure that the appropriate Quality Management Systems are established and implemented.
Monitoring and regular reporting of progress, quality and cost.
Single point of contact for customers, internal or external as per contract model.
Responsible for the preparation of close out reports and handover documentation to client as required
Participation in sales activity as and when required.
Manage projects and take necessary actions to deliver within the contract budget terms and according to established company policies and procedures.
Optimise project delivery / results for the company.
