URGENT Web Designer* Rate:
* Location : London
* Role: Web Designer
* Duration : 3months+
My client urgently requires an experienced Web Designer to join their London based office.
You must be an experienced Web Designer with ability to take UI wireframes and create high fidelity l mock-ups as flat graphics in a professional level graphics package such as Photoshop or Fireworks.
The Web Designer must be a front-end designer with strong skills in HTML5 and CSS3 mark-up
Essential to the role of Web Designer:
* Expert in CSS based design and customisation
* Expert in high quality Web Standards HTML coding
* Good knowledge of web accessibility requirements and standards (WCAG1+2)
The following would be beneficial to the Web Designer:
* Experience in visually rebranding and skinning LifeRay portal or similar 3rd party portal frameworks
* Proficiency in JavaScript and particularly experience using jQuery scripts
* Dynamic worker able to work in agile environment with good communication skills
* Good knowledge of usability and user experience
* Experience working with Eclipse IDE
