Description
I am looking for an Alliance Management QA Consultant who is a beginner with up to a max of 3 years` experience. You will be required to directly support Alliance Partnership to ensure the proper day to day oversight, from a global quality perspective (i.e. outsourced activities and cross-functional topics). This is a a 12 month contract opportunity working for a global pharmaceutical company.
Accountabilities
-Provide the documentation requested to fulfil UCB contractual obligations towards the partner
-Liaise with the client RA, SC, CoE and various sites/functions in order to move the various projects (egg. Changes) forward
-Troubleshooting on quality issues
-Assist in deviations, change control, and complaints handling related to alliance partners
- Revise quality agreements and related appendices
- Review/activation of codes within the client`s ERP system
-On-going communication with the partner on multiple topics.
Expertise
-You will be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyses data and documentation.
-You should have knowledge of commonly-used regulations & guidelines within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Business Knowledge and Technical Expertise
-Skills required in planning, organising, directing, controlling, as well as the type of skills specific to the job`s discipline, whether acquired by education, training, or experience
-Must be able to communicate in English (communication with other the sites and partner required
-French and other languages are optional
-Experienced in GMP and pharmaceutical environment
