Ihre Aufgaben:
- Providing field support to internal customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Executing on site support and maintenance requests and acting as a backup Service Desk Agent (phone support)
- Keeping process and checklist documentation up to date and you are expected to propose and implement improvements to the Services
Ihre Qualifikation
- You have a Swiss CFC/EFZ or equivalent with proven experience as a Field Service Agent, Service Desk Agent or 1st Level Engineer
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite ) and Windows operating systems (XP, 7) is required, good knowledge of other environments (Apple) is a plus
- You have a solid understanding of personal computing hardware (Dell, HP; all others a plus) as well as printing hardware (HP, Brother, Canon, Xerox etc.) and are familiar with networking basics (patching, cabling)
- Perfect level of French or German, you have excellent knowledge of the other and are fluent in English
- You are a service-oriented, personable and dynamic person with a can-do-mentality and hands-on approach
