Manage and control a team to deliver the governance, reporting, planning and support services for End to End Simplification projects, managing PMO resources across the programme/projects whilst embedding common PMO methodologies, tools and processes to assist effective delivery within cost, quality and timescale objectives.
Ensure all Business Case and Authority to Proceed (ATP) documentation is produced to Group Standards and take ownership for End to End business case processes and submission into Simplification Executive Board.
Ensure all resourcing requirements are identified and utilisation of available resource is optimised in delivery of the plan
Co-ordinate the production & collation of status reports and relevant management information across projects ensuring these are captured within the Change Management Toolkit (CMT.
Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders (typically up to & including Grade G level) to influence required actions to meet the project milestones and address risk, regulatory and financial issues
Ensure that the programme achieves end to end governance requirements, management processes and methodologies optimise efficiency for end to end PMO
Build and maintain external and internal networks for the purpose of identifying best practice and to build the profile and capability of the Change Management Community
Where appropriate, manage, motivate, develop and coach team members to create a high performing team, demonstrating the Bank's Culture & Vision by example
