Role Definition, Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* Support training managers with large scale Virtual Classroom Training sessions through room and audio setup
* Manage VCT rooms/licenses for trainers globally within the contractual arrangements with the selected vendor
* Monitor and analyze VCT helpdesk tickets to identify wide scale training needs and propose appropriate solutions to CoE
* Monitor and report on VCT usage and uptake statistics country by country back to the CoE
* Monitor and manage VCT Audio cost chargeback to the business if required
* Create and manage VCT knowledge base including support and training material suitable for global use
* Provide VCT Tool training for training managers around the world
* Analyze the impact of tool upgrades on the client's training community and ensure relevant communications are made
* Liaise with BT Support team and/or VCT vendor around tool down time, maintenance and manage with minimal disruption

* Knowledge and expertise of Virtual Classroom Training Systems and processes
* Ability to analyze support needs, implement relevant solutions and measure effectiveness
* Ability to work independently with suppliers as well as internal training partners and BT
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
* Ability to work with/across multiple teams and individuals globally

* Training Manager Feedback
* Licence/Room Management within contractual agreements
* Usage and feedback of support documentation

Skills and Experience
* Significant systems support experience
* Experience with virtual classroom training tools and processes in a multinational company
* Experience creating software/tool guides and support documentation
* Experience delivering systems or software training (Virtually a plus)
* Excellent organizational, time management, relationship management, vendor management, and budget management skills are essential
* Must be able to interface effectively in a high performance, Matrix team environment on a global scale
* Strong verbal, written, presentation, technical, and interpersonal communication skills are required
* High computer literacy and experience with learning complex systems quickly
* Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
