Description
Our client, a leading financial institution based within the Canary Wharf, is looking to bring on board a Fund Accountant who will be responsible for the financial reporting elements within the fund accounting function. The role is predominantly focused around producing timely & accurate report & accounts for a range of clients, as well as other subsidiary information such as income forecasts and distribution rates.
Core responsibilities
- Experience producing reports, income forecasts and distribution rates
- UK SORP and UK GAAP experience
- Experience producing Unit Trust, OEIC and CIF final reports and accounts
- Meeting crucial deadlines and working closely with Custodians, Auditors and clients
- Extensive experience working within asset management, ideally within a TPA (Third Party Administrator)
As this is an urgent requirement and the Fund Accountant will ideally need to be immediately available or have a short notice period. Competitive rates on offer for this 3 month contract.
