Description
Reeds client, a leading organisation based in Edinburgh, are looking to recruit a software developer on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of key applications within this organisation and will be expected to demonstrate extensive technical experience. Experience and/or knowledge of testing will also be beneficial.To be considered for the role candidates will need experience in the following areas:
-.NET 2.0 (C# / VB ASP)
-GUI development experience
-Knowledge of XML / XSL, JavaScript, CSS and XHTML
-RDBMS (SQL Server 2008)
-Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Previous project experience in a formal environment
-Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
