Role: Web & Social Media Executive
Location: Caerphilly
Rates: £12 per hour
Duration: 4 months with a view to go perm

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join the online service team in a large utility company. The media department is a year old with exciting prospects to grow in the near future along with all social media within the business.

As Web & Social Media Executive the role will have a primary focus on innovative development of the Company's website, online services for customers and associated social media capabilities.

The right individual will work as part of a small team and be responsible for -
* Developing and be responsible for best practice processes for Social Networking and Social Media platforms.
* Providing support for on-going projects
* Ensuring a seamless customer experience between web site and social media sites - logo, branding, logical connectivity, look and feel
* Working with fan pages, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.
* Help power the website for clients and customers to have a great working 'self served' experience using updates and online forums including live chat.

Candidates will ideally have a degree in web and media studies and have the ability to suggest strategic and creative use of web technologies and media delivered by the Internet. You will ideally have a years experience (minimum) within a commercial web based or social media environment.

A working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS design, creating and managing web content and working within a bi-lingual policy will be seen as advantageous. For more information please apply now!
