Communications Manager - Financial Services - Payments - Glasgow
One of my clients a major Financial Services client based in Scotland urgently requires a communication manager for one of their large portfolios of change.
Duties include
- Manage overall colleague communications plan for the programme.
- Liaise with communications managers to ensure communications and approach are aligned to the wider company communications approach.
- Prepare appropriate communications, in line with existing communications guidelines and principles.
- Work with the Implementation Manager, Project manager and business stakeholders to identify impacted colleagues and issue communications as appropriate.
- Ensure communications are cascaded to the appropriate audience on time.
- Produce status updates to the Implementation Manager and business stakeholders
- Work with the training manager to form the picture of the department Colleague journey.
- Issue updates on completion of key communications milestones
Rate: £300 - £360 per day
Location: Glasgow
Duration: 6 months
