Description
We are looking for a Project Manager who is well versed with reporting tools as well as Microsoft Project, and experience creating corporate learning programs/models.
The ideal individual will have:
- 5+ years experience designing corporate training programs (the job responsibilities for this position does not include the implementation of the program, just the design of it).
- Heavy experience with training models and how to reduce waste and redundancy, measuring ROI and performance.
- Experience with costs/benefits analysis, ROI and P&L.
- Experience creating an effective, efficient and economic learning model that leverages technology, team based learning, barrier free learning at all levels of the organization.
