Description
- Reporting to the Group General Counsel but primarily assigned to the global hire team dealing with international global hire contracts.
- Reviewing, drafting and amending global hire contracts with customers.
- Attend, co-ordinate and lead if necessary, external contract negotiations with customers engaging with all the necessary stake holders.
- Advise the General Counsel and global hire team on proposed contract amendments and key legal risks arising.
- Work closely with and provide advice and guidance to the global hire team, participate in tender reviews when necessary and prepare risks assessments for key contracts.
- Must have exp of Marine, Shipping, engineering or Manufacturing Sectors.
