Role: CRM Utility Architect

Type: 3-6 months Rolling Contract

Job Description:

At least 10 years SAP CRM and ISU experience in the utilities industry
Worked on at least 4 CRM/ISU projects
Held senior design or architecture level roles on at least 3 CRM 7/ISU projects
Experiencing integrating multiple 3rd party systems with SAP CRM
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of large CRM/ISU projects
Must have exceptional knowledge and understanding of CRM/ISU integration
Experience in upgrading from CRM 4 to CRM 7 would be a major advantage
Practical Middleware and migration experience is required
A solid technical background with excellent ABAP debugging skills is a must
Knowledge of CRM BOL /GENIL concepts and OO programming concepts used in SAP CRM 7
Comprehensive knowledge of CRM/ISU Data Model
BSP configuration and design skill is a must
Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage
Exposure to PI, BW and SOA will be required
Ability to communicate and articulate complex IT problems to senior business users
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
