Currently working with a premier Investment Bank that is in need of a Sr. Level Analytical/Java Fixed Income developer. This is a full time role and the hire can be made immediately for the right candidate. Candidates must have strong Financial Systems background.

You will be expected to design and develop Global Fixed Income research analytics for Fixed Income products. You will also need to design and develop new service infrastructure to service reference data to multiple applications spanned globally. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Fixed Income business and therefore should have working FI experience. You'll need to have strong communication skills and you must be able to identify, analyze, communicate and resolve application, infrastructure and environmental issues and problems.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering with total of 7+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java developer experience in financial industry.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Analytical developer experience.
  • Solid analytical skills and strong financial securities background.
  • Knowledge and experience of Rates Derivatives (or cash) Products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cope with rapid front-office development and to respond to and address production situations promptly.
  • Ability to communicate and act professionally with IT staff and business clients while under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented setting is a definite requirement with strong interpersonal skills
