Forecast Capacity Planner, EXCEL, Swindon, 3 months contract, 300£/day
Role:
Mantaining and updating forecasting models, providing 'what if' scenarios for marketing and change teams, liaising with Operations management to ensure resource plans meet operational demands.
To provide Customer Operations management teams with capacity forecasts to service work volumes and maintain customer SLAs. Creating forecast models for Back Office operations.
Key skills:
-Excel based call forecasting.
-Advanced Excel Modelling is a must.
