These resources will have a combined role of performing Quality Assurance/Deployment activities. From a QA Analyst perspective will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of the application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Assist with test automation effort. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management. Identifies tracks and seeks resolution to application defects. Deployment duties includes: Will travel to customer sites in other regions and could facilitate training classes and/or provide go-live assistance for new pharmacy software deployment with limited supervision. Expected to assist in troubleshooting hardware and application software defects which includes thorough documentation.

Candidates will be responsible for testing software for bugs and defects and documenting them in Quality Center. Candidates will work with BA's to define test requirements and write test scripts. Manual testing

REQUIRED -

Automated testing is a plus. Candidates will also retest the fixes for bugs and defects. When it comes time for deployment (6 months into project) - the resources will travel to pharmacy locations - test the software, train users and answering questions for 4 weeks after deployment.
*Candidates must have effective communication techniques.

Min years of experience - 5 years of manual testing - automated testing is a plus
Education requirements - HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
Candidates will be reporting to Don Honda

Recent experience in the area of software implementation, preferably in pharmacy or in a healthcare setting. (Extensive travelling)

Candidate must be well organized, dependable, self-sufficient, self-directing. Strong written and verbal communication plus presentation skills are required.
