Description
Director of clinical operations: Vaccines, Infectious Diseases, Oncology : Phase I - IIIReporting to board level management your role will be responsible for the administration and delivery of all clinical trials spanning Oncology, Vaccines, Infectious diseases and other up and coming pipelined compounds.
The ideal candidate will have been constantly involved with a verity of clinical trials thought their career with a high level of understanding of the science behind at least 2 of the above and with a high concentration of your experience being in Phase I, II & III clinical trials, being responsible for all of the clinical trial site, patient recruitment and team management
The ability and desire to be "hands on", assisting your team is essential, while at the same time looking at strategic growth, commercially reporting to the board on progress and strategy accompanied with team management, excellent organizational and the ability to empower others is also essential.
Essential past experience should include:
Phase I - III clinical trial management, Developing operational plans, site selection & investigation, CRO selection & vendor management, working with and communication with cross functional teams at all levels, assisting CMO / CSO level management when defining project budgets, deadlines and strategy.
