DescriptionSpecific accountabilities: Engineers are given a set of assets (size of asset is determined by experience level) and are responsible for:
- Managing day to day operations issues including but not limited to analyzing lease operating expenses, monitoring and remedying well failures, implementing chemical programs and negotiating service contracts
- Developing, budgeting and implementing capital programs
- Budgeting and planning lease operating expenses and expense workover programs
- Managing asset performance including production volumes, reservoir analysis and project implementation
- Project implementation includes drilling, completions, workovers, facilities and equipment upgrades
- Manage non-operated working interest
- Working interest owner acquisitions
- Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience
