My client, a leading Oil & Gas company are seeking a HR professional to join their Reward function as a Compensation and Benefits Advisor.This is a great opportunity to be involved in establishing new HR systems and compensation and benefits portfolio design and implementation to roll out across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills (vlook ups and pivot tables) as well as excellent communication skills and the confidence to build international relationships.
This would be well suited to a candidate who has had exposure to compensation and benefits in a generalist role or a Reward analyst who is looking for an opportunity to get involved in a variety of international projects.
