Are you an ICT Support Officer with prior experience in administering, monitoring and providing support for hardwares including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and Servers?
Our client is currently seeking an ICT Support Officer for provisioning of timely first and second level ICT support in response to incidents, tasks, changes and problems.
The applicants need to possess the following skill sets for eligibility under the ICT Support Officer role:
- Demonstrated experience supporting a Windows 7/Server 2008 environment and an excellent understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite 2007
- Demonstrated experience in the administration of network accounts, security groups and mailboxes using Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange
- Experience with SharePoint 2007
- Experience creating, capturing and deploying a Windows Standard Operating Environment over an enterprise network
- Understanding of general ICT systems management and operational administration
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (eg Computer Science or Engineering) OR 3 years relevant industry experience
- Desirable - Knowledge of Trend Micro Anti Virus, Hyper-V, Microsoft System Centre, government ICT standards.
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination of a Service Desk that delivers a high quality of service.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as part of a team and across the organisation.
