Manage a team of three including appraisals, work and development
Deliver Compliance Monitoring programme
Recommend changes to the UK Platform Compliance plan in light of new regulatory risks
Person Requirements
Given that this is a contract role my client requires that the successful candidate must be able to come in and hit the ground running. Therefore, it is essential that you have a thorough understanding of regulatory best practice requirements and the application of same in an insurance/reinsurance (Lloyd's or London market Insurer) context.
It is also essential that you have experience working within the wholesale insurance/reinsurance market either for a Lloyd's or a London market insurer.
