QA Analyst

Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Assist with test automation effort. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management.

Candidates with Call Center/CRM application experience and Quality Center experience are preferred

Minimum number of years of experience required:

Minimum 2 years of experience is required.

1) Review/Analyze requirements and understand business work flows
2) Develop test scripts and test data.
3) Defect management and triage
4) Communication with business end users and understand business work flows

1) Excellent communication skills
2) Experience with Quality Center tool
3) Test case development
4) Any call center application

Desired skills

1) Call center and Health care experience
2) User acceptance test planning and/or management
3) Test planning
