Our Client is looking for a ISC Communications Co-ordinator.
The Role includes:
Manage and develop the ISC communications suite. All communication should be accurate, clear and brand compliant. Communications should be timely and use the most appropriate channel to the right people within ISC and will require either editing content or creating from a brief.
The job holder has specific responsibility for delivering/maintaining the following items within the agreed timescales:
a. Kick off - weekly newsletter
b. Heads up - Ad hoc/urgent communication
c. Symon - LED display boards
d. Grandstand - Monthy department update session
e. Plasma - communications display screen
f. Notice boards
Liaise with Marketing to ensure that any marketing campaigns impacting Individual Sales are set up and appropriately communicated to the sales teams in a timely manner.
Manage the ISC Customer Experience Programme and any visits to the ISC, particularly where these concerns external visitors. Ensure that the appropriate people are involved and liaise with them to conduct the visit. Maintain and develop the customer welcome pack ensuring it contains up-to-date and accurate information about the ISC. Collate all feedback from ISC visitors to improve the Customer
Experience Programme.
Ensure that the environment of the Individual Sales Centre portrays a professional image which includes informative, inspirational and up to date displays including include business targets, celebrating success, information for team members and support ISC initiatives and events. Manage the ISC snagging list to ensure the fabric of the ISC is regularly reviewed and maintained as appropriate
Manage all events that involve ISC staff including the ISC end of year awards, which includes managing nominations, compiling shortlists, compiling the presentation and producing certificates.
