Website Manager
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Website Manager identifies the communication needs of internal customers to ensure effective communication on the Intranet shares/P & S MKT information and manages information in a broader sense on Indirect Sales Partners Portals in form of Flash and/or Newsletter. The ultimate goal is to better inform the sales force to support their sales activities by posting good info on the appropriate communication channels.
ACTIVITIES:
1. The Website Manager manages communications cross-division and cross-channel MKT different actions.
2. The Website Manager takes care of publishing information P & S and sales on specific websites (Intranet, Internet) and ensures quality control of content.
3. The Manager advises Website Marketing and sales channels, based on their knowledge MKT Flash procedure (calculation of timing of sending flashes, steps to respect and template) and Intranet products and services (product structure and content of pages: documents available) to ensure that any publication on the Intranet as soon as the FIRST TIME RIGHT.
4. The Website Manager defines and manages the recommendations end-to-end on the MKT Flashes and Intranet products and services.
5. Website Manager is the contact person for all practical issue of marketing and sales channels as well as Legal.
6. The Website Manager makes recommendations for improvements to the P & S Intranet or Internet sites in terms of navigation, search Functionalities, etc..
SKILLS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
1. Education Level: Bachelor or equivalent experience
2. Experience: publishing and/or communication
3. The Website Manager has a good knowledge of the publishing tool (Interwoven/TeamSite) and has developed expertise in publishing (complementary knowledge normal software such as Excel, Wor, Powerpoint, ...)
4. The Website Manager knows how to develop an action plan and implement wider she/he can work on a project
5. The Website Manager has good verbal and written skills
6. The Website Manager has excellent skills in time management
7. The Website Manager master three languages: French, Dutch and English
8. The Website Manager has developed skills in people management (and manage a team consisting of two colleagues) The Website Manager boosts the level of knowledge of its employees and the development of skills, sense of responsibility, attention to quality and accuracy in publishing.
