Description
Close and effective collaboration across an extended team of component engineers, system engineers integration engineers, and suppliers is expected and required to deliver timely, high quality, and cost effective solutions.Required:
- BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of relevant structural design experience including GD&T
Demonstrated skills
- Basic office software (eg MS Office)
- Proficiency in GD&T
- Expertise in Pro-E and Pro-Mechanica software (or equivalent)
- Dynamic structural analysis (VST)
- Effectiveness in verbal and written communication with global team members
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with extended team of engineering and manufacturing professionals
- Highly motivated, takes initiative, dependable, mature, and able to independently solve problems
Desired:
- MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of light or heavy structural design expertise in agricultural, construction, or mining machinery
Demonstrated expertise:
- Advanced structural design/analysis techniques (eg non-linear, or non-metallic)
- Structured problem solving (eg G8D)
