We need for a client project an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager.Required Skills:
Supervise all network connections and sites which include 5-30 Offices, 0-10 O+M sites, 0-200 CSA sites and drive improvements to the existing connections
To understand the current Fleet program which includes Network connectivity and Design, Performance Tuning, High Availability options and Fault tolerance. Provide workaround (or) Temporary connectivity for Network outage sites
Provide support and managing Telecom services
Provide root cause analysis for issues related to Network Performance and High availability concerns
Also find out proactive measures and improvements
Ensure high speed connectivity and End user services for customer sites
Deal with support team in the region for Network, telecom support + EUS(end user services)
