Huxley Associates is proud to be working with a leading Aerospace manufacturer based onDerbywho have presented the opportunity for a new Head of Quality to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to join a successful Quality division in a business that is growing and going from strength to strength.We are looking for some of the best Quality Managers in the industry. The role will be a very Customer facing so you will need to have proven experience working in a Quality customer focussed position. Ideally you will also be from a Aerospace background but most importantly you will need to show you can lead and develop a team with a open, honest and pro- active approach. Any lean or Continuous Improvement experience would also be desirable.
Interested? On offer for the role is a salary of circa £65,000 which is flexible dependant on the successful candidates skills and experience. There is also a generous benefits package including car allowance, pension and bonus scheme.
