Job Description

You will:
Interact with highly-driven technologists who are experts in their field. That's why you will also need a basic understanding of our technology: This is where the world's most advanced and complex lithography machines are assembled.
EUV lithography is next-generation technology and you will need to maintain the relevant procedures and ways of working with colleagues on all levels.
Achieve the desired collective consciousness by being supportive and communicative whenever possible, as well as firm and clear whenever necessary. In short, we want you to help ensure that our new EUV cleanroom achieves its full, highly ambitious potential.
Manage and control the day-to-day EUV cleanroom way of working (no direct leadership!)
Take corrective action when cleanroom regulations are violated
Audit safety, contamination en work permit adherence processes
Contribute and supervise our safety, quality and standardizes work methods
Supervise the usage of the right work materials in our cleanroom

Education

Medium Vocational (MBO) degree in a technical area.

Experience

Five years in relevant experience (eg work permits, health and safety inspections, VCA) preferable cleanroom related
Preferable relevant work experience in safety and/or technical

Personal skills

Ability to motivate and influence others without using power
Good communications skills and good knowledge of English
Analytical and inventive with plenty of initiative
High degree of self-reliance
Willingness to work in shifts (7x24/5 shift schedule)

Context of the position

The sector EUV Factory is responsible for the production of EUV machines.
The complete production process of these most advanced machines takes place within the EUV Factory Veldhoven.
New products and corresponding processes from D&E are transferred into volume-production (including the system installation and qualification process at customer location), and then continuously optimized.
You will report to the cleanroom process manager on a daily base.

Candidate will work in 7x24 shift (41% shift allowance).
