Profile
- Speaking, reading and writing English & French - Trilingual (+Dutch) preferred.
- Good listener, analysis and facilitation skills to ensure wide understanding, ability to simplify complex things for wider understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in large IT projects as business or functional analyst.
- Strong experience in business process analysis, designing and validation.
- Good knowledge of business process including: CRM & Call Center, Manufacturing & Logistics, Finance, Budgeting, AP/AR,...
- Specific knowledge in several business processes
- Experience in ERP SAP required (min 5 years). Knowledge of ERP Oracle E-business suite is an asset
