- Windows Domain migration (2000 to 2008)
- Exchange migration (2003 to 2010)
- Internet Web and sFTP support
- Liaise and negotiate with 3rd party vendors
- Implement and adhere to Information Security policy (ISP)
- Support requests and resolutions
- Completion of logs and audit trails
- Identifying technologies that will help grow the business
- Project work from proof of concept, infrastructure specification to build and deployment
- 2nd/3rd line support
Skills and Experiences
Mandatory
- Server admin - Windows 2K3/2K8 (MCSE), Management of Active Directory including DHCP, DNS, WINS
- Domain Migration and Admin
- Exchange Migration (design, sizing and administration)
- Hardware & software installation and configuration
- IP Sec VPN administration
- Internet eCommerce plus sFTP
- Blackberry, iPhone, Bes Administration
- Linux based proxy and filter services
- Hardware & software installation and configuration
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures
- Ability to document effectively
Desirable
- VMware Esx and Esxi Admin
- SAN / NetApp management
