French Speaking Presales and Bid Consultant Unified Communications
PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE:
The provision relates to a pre-sales consultant expertise in the renewal of contracts for major clients area: BNP, CNAF, berthing, CNAM, DGFIP, EDF, ZFS, Veolia, Lyonnaise des Eaux.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AND/OR BUSINESS NEED:
- Proficiency in a minimum of bids Geneys Contact Center, Cisco, Avaya and Cosmocom bricks and Functional
- Expertise field of contact center and customer relationship routing, ACD, IVR, multimedia, CRM, QM, WFM, recording ...
- Expertise greatly appreciated Unified Communications VoIP, VoIP, Visio, Web Chat ...
- Expertise networks operators
- Experience in multi-cultural environments
- English greatly appreciated
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
Delivery will include:
- Qualify customer needs
- Develop products based architectures partner publishers
- Develop business models and their validation as to their feasibility
- Write Tenders or subsets of bids term solution of technical and functional planning, commitment, service, business model, under the conduct of projects before sale
- Contribute to the development of estimated operating account of the case to provide the business with a view to the development of the sales price
- Ensure the quality, cost and time of the proposed solutions, based on the organizations internal validation
- Identify risks and propose solutions developed action plans related to the master
- Initiate and manage relationships with suppliers and contributors internal and/or external (vendors, partners, affiliates, subcontractors, ...) engaged on the project
